National food allergy guidelines recommend that patients have access to 2 epinephrine auto-injectors, which provide 2 sequential doses if needed during an anaphylactic reaction.3 Ensure your patient always has 2 auto-injectors available.
Each carton also includes a Trainer, which may be valuable in promoting patient familiarity with the administration of EPIPEN Auto-Injector or its authorized generic.1,2
